In the app (fastest)
- Open Lovevine and sign in.
- Go to Settings > Data and Privacy.
- Tap Delete my data to delete specific features, or Delete my account to delete everything.
- If you signed in with Apple, confirm in Apple's sheet to revoke Lovevine's access.
Without app access
Email lovevineapp@gmail.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". If you used Apple's "Hide My Email", include the relay address. We may ask for confirmation to make sure the request is yours. We complete deletion within 15 days.
What is deleted
- Your login account, profile, profile photo, settings and notification tokens.
- Everything you recorded: check-ins, feelings, Inner Map, answers, quiz, challenges, roulette, date ideas and special dates.
- Your connections and the photos of those connections (the album belongs to the couple, so photos uploaded by your partner are removed too) and your solo album.
- Plan and usage data, connection codes you generated, and, on your partner's side, the usage counters of their connection with you and any Couple plan benefit tied to it.
What may remain
- Copies in Google Cloud internal systems, removed within about 6 months (we keep no backups of our own).
- Technical logs without content (about 30 days) and crash reports (about 90 days).
- Your former partner's aggregate statistics about activities they started.
- Anything the law requires us to keep.
Deleting your account does not cancel App Store subscriptions. Cancel in iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
