Lovevine

Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective: November 3, 2026

This policy explains how Lovevine, provided by Jonatan Ortiz, located in Brazil ("Lovevine", "we"), handles consumer health data, as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada law (SB 370), Connecticut law and similar laws. It complements our Privacy Policy, which covers all other data.

1. Consumer health data we collect

  • Check-ins: whether you had intimacy, kissed, hugged or exchanged affection with your partner; your ratings of emotional connection, communication and support; and the notes you write.
  • Feelings you send to your partner.
  • Inner Map: the fears and vulnerabilities you describe.
  • Answers to daily questions, couple questions and quizzes when they touch on intimacy or emotional health.

We do not collect location, biometric or genetic data, and we do not use geofencing.

2. Where it comes from

  • You, when you record it in the app.
  • Your connected partner, for what they record about your shared relationship (for example, a check-in they record with you).

While you use Lovevine without an account, what you record stays only on your device. It is sent to our servers only after you create an account and give the consent described in section 4.

3. Why we use it

Only to provide the features you request: show it to the partner you connected, keep your history, sync your devices, and compute streaks, statistics and compatibility inside the app. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, sale or AI training, and it is not sent to Google Analytics or Crashlytics.

We ask for your consent when you create your account, in a separate checkbox that starts unchecked and links to this policy. Without it, no account is created. We keep a record of when you consented and which version of this policy you accepted.

5. Who receives it

  • The partner you connected, by your choice. What you record with one connection is not shown to another.
  • Google LLC (Google Cloud and Firebase), as our processor, under the Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum, to store and process the data on our behalf in the United States.

We have no affiliates and we do not sell consumer health data. We will not share it with anyone else without asking for your separate consent first.

6. Your rights

  • Know and access: confirm whether we hold your consumer health data, get a copy, and get the list of everyone we shared it with and how to contact them.
  • Delete: use Settings > Data and Privacy > Delete my data or Delete my account, or email us. We delete it from our database right away and it leaves Google Cloud systems, including backups, within about 6 months.
  • Withdraw consent: Lovevine cannot work without this data, so withdrawing consent means deleting your account, in the app (Settings > Data and Privacy > Delete my account) or by email. We stop collecting immediately.

To make a request, email lovevineapp@gmail.com from your account email. We respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days where the law allows), free of charge, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer; if the appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General (in Washington, at atg.wa.gov).

7. Security

Access to this data is limited to what is needed to run the service: the app reads it only through our server, which checks your connection, and the data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
